Conduct Guideline
McDeris is convinced that only a conduct based on solid ethical principles, best business practices and social responsibility, will enable success in the market. In the spirit of transparency that guides all its actions, McDeris publishes its Conduct Guidelines so that employees, customers, suppliers, partners, service providers and the various communities in which the company operates are aware, can respect and practice the desirable guidelines.

We promote a pleasant atmosphere of coexistence in which formal hierarchies and status symbols are not valued. Violence of any kind goes against the principles of conduct McDeris and its values. Under no circumstances will be tolerated violent behavior or threats of violence, verbal or physical, between individuals in dependencies of the McDeris.
Transparency
McDeris positions itself openly without parallel agenda. We do not admit and do not accept lack of transparency of our colleagues and employees. We do not allow the spread of rumors and gossip.
Repudiation Discrimination
Discrimination, privilege or harassment of any kind based on sex, race, age, origin, special conditions, religion or any other category will be strongly repudiated.

Commercial actions will always be conducted in a transparent, professional and ethical manner. McDeris is committed to providing products and services that meet all contractual obligations and its quality standards. McDeris precludes the provision of services that do not meet what was agreed between both parties about the needs and expectations of its customers.
